Organisations rarely have one clean problem. A fire risk in a warehouse is also a production risk, an insurance conversation, and a board-level question about whether the other sites look the same — and the same is true of a fleet, a contractor base or a sales team on the road.
Our consulting is structured so one accountable team can take an operation from a hazard register through to a working management system — and, where it helps, into the digital tooling that keeps it running.
Four Steps, In This Order, Every Time.
The sequence matters. Most failed HSE programmes we are called in to rescue skipped straight to step three — new procedures written for a plant nobody had properly walked.
- Assess. We walk the site, read the incident history, interview the people doing the work, and score what we find against a defined matrix. You get the real baseline, not the reported one.
- Design. Controls are prioritised by residual risk and by what the site can realistically absorb — built around existing roles, not an HSE department that will never be funded.
- Implement. Documents, training, digital registers and the first audit cycles, delivered alongside your team in the working language of the site, so ownership transfers as we go.
- Sustain. Assurance cycles, refreshed scoring and capability building until the system runs without us. Our success measure is the engagement ending, not renewing.

Engagements are led personally by Arildo Setti, founder of Setti Group, who spent seventeen years in corporate and regional HSE roles across manufacturing, distribution, transport and commercial operations before founding the consultancy in the UAE. He does the site walks, writes the findings and signs the report.
Specialist partners — fire engineering, occupational hygiene, process safety — are brought in by name for the parts of a scope that need them, and you are told when that happens.
