What We Trade

Two Directions, One Desk.

Out of Brazil

Agricultural origination from Brazilian producers and cooperatives for buyers in the Gulf, North Africa and Asia. Specification, sampling and logistics agreed before a single tonne moves.

Into Brazil

Fertiliser sourcing for the Brazilian market — urea first, then phosphates and potash — from Middle East and North African producers, with counterparty review on both ends.

Structure

FOB, CFR and CIF. LC at sight or confirmed; escrow on first trades.

Counterparties

KYC on both sides before quoting. We walk away from deals that do not pass it.

Our role

Intermediation and structure — we are not the producer and we are not the ship.

How a Deal Works

Five Steps. No Shortcuts.

Most physical deals that fail, fail at step two. We would rather lose a trade than skip it.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

Product, spec, volume, incoterm, port and timing. One message is enough to start.

  2. 2

    Counterparty check

Company documents and track record on both sides. Nothing is quoted before this clears.

  3. 3

    Indication

A dated, indicative price with the structure it assumes. Firm offers follow a signed intent.

  4. 4

    Contract & payment

Sales contract, LC or escrow terms, inspection agency named.

  5. 5

    Execution

Loading, inspection, documents and follow-through to discharge.
